Are your wigs made from 100% human hair?
Yes. All YSP Craft wigs are made from premium human hair, carefully selected to provide a natural appearance, softness, and long-lasting durability.
Can I dye or bleach my wig?
Yes. Human hair wigs can be dyed by a professional stylist. We recommend avoiding excessive bleaching, as it may reduce the lifespan of the hair.
Can I use heat styling tools?
Yes. Human hair wigs can be curled or straightened using heat styling tools. We recommend keeping the temperature around 140°C
How long will my wig last?
With proper care, a human hair wig typically lasts 6–12 months or longer depending on frequency of wear and maintenance.
Ordering & Customization
Can I customize my wig?
Yes. We offer customization options including cap size, length, density, hair color, parting style, and bangs for selected products.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours after purchase if production has not yet started.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping typically takes 5–12 business days depending on the destination.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
Import duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.
